TELEVISION CREWS:
Due to space constraints and fire marshal concerns, TV cameras will have the option of utilizing one of two filming locations in Pauley Pavilion, both of which are at least 150 feet from the stage — one on a riser on the floor, the other in an elevated press section. Due to fire marshal restrictions, camera crews will not be permitted to switch locations or roam the floor during the ceremony. Please plan accordingly and bring proper lenses. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Filming live from Pauley Pavilion will require a cable run of approximately 500 feet, with yellow jacket protection in all walkways. In addition to an audio feed of the program, a live video feed will be available on site.
