WHAT:
The second annual California Clean Innovation (CACI) conference gives clean technology enthusiasts of all backgrounds the opportunity to explore the latest innovations in the field. Featuring exciting panel discussions on a variety of topics, CACI 2008 will also include a business case competition for early-stage clean tech companies to present their ideas to venture capitalists and a technology and career fair for attendees to recruit and build new partnering, financing and investment relationships.

Featuring exciting panel discussions on a variety of topics, CACI 2008 will also include a business case competition for early-stage clean tech companies to present their ideas to venture capitalists and a technology and career fair for attendees to recruit and build new partnering, financing and investment relationships.
Panels will address the following topics: next generation solar power, nuclear technology, automotive transportation and technology, fuel-cell technology, water technology, emerging finance for solar and wind development, fossil fuels in clean technology, converting waste to energy, and venture capital investment in clean technology.
The conference is organized by students from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, the California Institute of Technology Center for the Science and Engineering of Materials, and UC San Diego's Rady School of Management.
