Conference logo
The Los Angeles County Transportation Funding Collaborative is bringing together leading experts in government, academia and the private sector in downtown Los Angeles on Thursday, Jan. 10, to discuss strategies for financing transportation improvements. Brian Taylor, professor of urban planning and director of the UCLA Institute of Transportation Studies, is an expert in the politics of transportation finance, the measuring of equity in public transit and the linkages between public subsidies and transit performance. A scheduled panelist at the conference, he can address emerging trends, including congestion pricing and toll lanes.
