UCLA faculty experts advisory: Obama sends budget to Congress

President Obama has sent Congress his campaign-year budget, which calls for higher taxes on the wealthy and new spending on education and transportation. Republicans are already attacking the plan and vowing to fight the tax hikes. UCLA has experts.
