Federal antitrust regulators have concluded their 19-month investigation into Google's search practices by taking no significant action against the company. UCLA has an expert.
Eugene Volokh, the Gary T. Schwartz Professor of Law at the UCLA School of Law, is a nationally recognized expert on constitutional law who authored a report arguing that Google and other search engines have a First Amendment right to make editorial judgments about what appears in their search results.
